If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Blush Bella.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Blush Bella, accessible from https://www.blush-bella.com/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, the deadline for returning a product is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your items and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage or if you received the wrong item, in order for us to evaluate and rectify the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or if you have any return queries, you can contact us at orders@blush-bella.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us and requesting a return, will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. We will only refund You the price of the purchase and not any shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Some items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, customized products, personalized items, items bought from an external supplier and sold in our store.
